Nutristart Liposomal Vitamin C, 150ml

While vitamin C is generally well absorbed in most people, it does not remain in circulation for long (generally only a couple of hours). As well, some people find vitamin C to cause digestive disturbances or a laxative effect. And, for those missing a portion of their intestinal tract (due to surgery for Crohn’s disease or cancer), or with extreme digestive disorders (celiac disease for example), nutrient absorption is an ongoing problem.

Liposomal vitamin C was tested against the most effective, longest-retained form of vitamin C (ascorbate). The liposomal vitamin C proved to be better absorbed and retained for longer than buffered vitamin C (sodium ascorbate).

INGREDIENTS:

Each teaspoon (5 ml) contains:

Vitamin C (sodium ascorbate, ascorbic acid) 1000 mg

Sodium (sodium ascorbate) 125 mg

Natural (non-hydrogenated) phosphatidylcholine 400 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, natural flavours, potassium sorbate. 

DOSAGE:

Take 5 ml daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. For optimal absorption hold under the tongue for at least one minute. Or mix into one oz of juice and sip slowly. Gently shake and refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.
