Two small, easy-to-swallow tablets a day provide the adequate amount of folic acid, iron, vitamins B6 and B12, and many other essential nutrients, helping to reduce the risk of neural tube defects and prevent iron deficiency anemia. The recommended daily dosage also provides 100 mg each of magnesium and calcium, 1000 IU of vitamin D, and other nutrients vital for building healthy bones, cartilage, teeth and gums, and for red blood cell production and muscle activity.
Suggested Use
Recommended use: A bioenergetic multivitamin and mineral formula for the maintenance of good health. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.
Recommended adult dose: 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner

Hypersensitivity has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient.
